As a Systems Administrator, you will help facilitate our growth and continue our success. True Vet Solutions is seeking a motivated, hard-working Systems Administrator to help support our infrastructure and assist in the maintenance of our organization.

The mission of this role
As a Systems Administrator, you will help facilitate our growth and continue our success. True Vet Solutions is seeking a motivated, hard-working Systems Administrator to help support our infrastructure and assist in the maintenance of our organization.

- Will be the company lead into transitioning and maintaining Superhuman Docs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
- Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.
- Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
- Occasional weekends may be required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
- Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.
- Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
- Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
- Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus.
- A proven track record of transforming inefficient, disorganized processes into streamlined, effective solutions without being prompted.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the confidence to work independently when necessary.
- The resilience to navigate ambiguity and the determination to see challenges through (completion).
- Judgment to know when to collaborate and when to take the lead.
- A strong sense of ownership, with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving outcomes.
